In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register an account and use the bos010 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bos010 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of any transaction or gaming activity.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on bos010. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or shared computer environment is permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bos010 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or gaming studio partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of bos010 services, you are required to create a Member account. The registration process is subject to the following terms:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bos010. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bos010 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify bos010 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC Verification: bos010 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Account Currency: All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits, bets, winnings, or withdrawals.

bos010 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via a comprehensive range of local Indonesian payment methods. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change.
• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). Processing may be delayed during public holidays or periods of high network load.
• bos010 does not charge any platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside bos010's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded, with the associated account flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. bos010 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where necessary for fraud prevention purposes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are specified in your account dashboard.
• Most withdrawals are processed within three (3) minutes of submission during standard banking hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional KYC verification is required.
• bos010 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation procedures.
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not yet been released will result in the forfeiture of those funds.

bos010 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general and specific terms set out below:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified for each individual promotion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same promotion will result in cancellation of the duplicate bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion — typically 7 or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without replacement.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and togel markets may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely, as specified per promotion.
• Abuse and Fraud: bos010 employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, and using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions. Any such conduct will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Right to Amend: bos010 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing promotions already claimed will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of claim.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on bos010. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel) are published separately within each product section of the platform.

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and settled bet results are final once confirmed by bos010's system. bos010 will investigate and reverse any result where a technical error or manifest pricing error is identified, but will not reverse settled results based on a Member's disagreement with a legitimate outcome.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits apply to all bet types and markets. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface before placement and may be adjusted at bos010's discretion, including for specific Members or market conditions.
• Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per product category apply. These limits are published in the relevant product rules section. Any winnings in excess of the stated limit will be reduced to the applicable cap.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of a disconnection, technical fault, or platform outage during an active game round or in-play bet, bos010 will apply the applicable rules for incomplete rounds as specified in the product rules. Interrupted sessions in live casino games are governed by the individual studio's rules.
• Suspicious Activity: bos010 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that it reasonably believes to have been placed as part of a pattern of suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular activity — including but not limited to match-fixing, arbitrage betting at scale, or use of automated betting software (bots).

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on bos010. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Opening or operating more than one account on bos010 simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape data, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to unfairly influence the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Accessing bos010 via a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming bos010 staff, live dealers, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any bos010 content, data, odds, or intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

All content published on the bos010 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bos010 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any bos010 content without prior written consent.
• Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any platform content or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing on the platform.

Third-party game content (titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used by bos010 under valid licence agreements.

bos010 is committed to handling your personal data with care, transparency, and respect. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by bos010's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account on bos010, you acknowledge that:

• bos010 will collect personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, device identifiers, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement.
• Your data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification agencies, fraud prevention systems) strictly for purposes necessary to operate the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos010 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services — whether planned or unplanned — including periods of maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision you make to wager real money on the platform, or any outcome of any game or bet.
• Any content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites, services, or game studios accessible through or in connection with the bos010 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bos010's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bos010 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bos010 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or collusion.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Member-initiated self-exclusion request under bos010's responsible gaming tools.
• Extended period of account inactivity (accounts with no login for 365 consecutive days may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure).

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, bos010 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found and the account is closed at the Member's own request, any real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

bos010 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bos010 will notify Members by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and — where the changes are significant — by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the bos010 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if desired, request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bos010 holds its international gaming licence.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit bos010's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of bos010 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. bos010 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or available for use in any particular location. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the Member's own risk.
